Hunza Washer Light PURE LED is a high quality low voltage architectural inground outdoor light by New Zealand's Hunza. Fitted with an asymmetric lens, it's specially designed for recessing into horizontal or vertical surfaces to wash walls or floors with light with minimal glare to a distance of about 7m. Produces 600 lumens (roughly equivalent to 50 watts of halogen). Tough durable construction ideal for public spaces as well as residential installations. Engineered from aluminium with the flange in a choice of marine grade 316L stainless steel, solid natural copper or aluminium in high quality UV-resistant powder coat in a choice of Black or Bronze (dark brown) Eco-matt colours – see the finishes swatch image. The integral 9 watt Cree LED can be replaced in situ at the end of its long life. When recessing into the ground or a wall, the recommended fitting distance from the surface to be lit is 300-500mm. For a consistent wash of light across a wide surface, the recommended distance between fittings is 3-4 metres. Requires a 1050mA remote LED driver. Also available in a flush version.
