Modux 2 Wall Washer is a small high quality low voltage outdoor light by New Zealand's LuxR for washing walls with a uniform light. Designed to be recessed into floors, its precision rectangular optic and asymmetrically tilted beam (20°) create a subtle wash of light with excellent beam uniformity on vertical wall surfaces. The lighting distance-to-height ratio is 1:3 and the distance-to-width ratio is 1:2, so in an application to illuminate a wall 4 metres wide and three metres tall would require two fittings recessed 1 metre away from the base of the wall and 2m apart (the wall area below 0.5m high would be unlit). Available in marine grade 316 stainless steel, solid natural copper, or aluminium in a choice of Black or Bronze (dark brown) UV-stable polyester Eco-matt powder coat. Light output of 174 lumens in a choice of seven light colours. Its integral Cree 2 watt LED can easily be replaced at the end of its long life. Requires a separate 700mA LED driver. Alternatively, it can be driven at 1050mA to create a higher light output of 260 lumens.
